About the Role

Gradiante is looking for enthusiastic GenAI and Agentic AI Developers and Interns to work on building intelligent applications, AI agents, and enterprise-grade AI solutions. This is an opportunity to work with emerging AI technologies and contribute directly to products used to solve real business challenges.

What You'll Do

Develop GenAI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Build AI agents and agentic workflows for business automation and intelligent decision-making.
Work with Python, APIs, vector databases, and AI frameworks.
Experiment with different AI models, tools, and architectures to improve solution performance.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
Explore new developments in GenAI and translate promising ideas into working prototypes.

What We're Looking For

0–2 years of experience in software development, AI, or related technologies.
Familiarity with Python, LLMs, GenAI concepts, or AI application development.
Understanding of APIs, data structures, and basic software engineering principles.
Curiosity to experiment, learn, and solve complex problems.
Academic projects, internships, or personal projects in AI are a plus.

2. Business Development Executives – HRTech & AI SolutionsHelp enterprises discover and adopt AI-powered HR technology solutions. We are looking for ambitious business development professionals who can open doors, build relationships, and convert high-value opportunities into business.

What You'll Do

Identify and develop business opportunities for Gradiante's AI-powered HRTech products and enterprise solutions.
Build relationships with CHROs, HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, L&D leaders, technology leaders, and other enterprise decision-makers.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and targeted prospecting.
Understand customer challenges and position relevant Gradiante solutions.
Lead initial conversations, product demonstrations, proposal discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and drive deals toward closure.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to develop compelling customer propositions.
Build a strong understanding of the HRTech and enterprise AI markets.

What We're Looking For

Experience in business development, enterprise sales, or B2B technology sales.
A track record of generating opportunities and converting large or strategic deals.
Experience selling HRTech products, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, or enterprise technology services.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to engage confidently with senior business and technology stakeholders.
A self-driven, entrepreneurial approach with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

3. Marketing Lead / Intern – Digital Marketing & Product MarketingHelp amplify Gradiante's AI-powered products through impactful campaigns, compelling content, and data-driven digital marketing. Work closely with our sales team to turn market visibility into qualified business opportunities.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging product marketing content, including posts, blogs, product highlights, and campaign creatives.
Develop clear messaging that communicates the value of Gradiante's AI and HRTech solutions.
Support SEO initiatives, keyword research, website content optimization, and organic traffic growth.
Create sales enablement content, including product briefs, presentations, customer stories, and campaign collateral.
Work with Business Development Executives to support lead generation and prospect engagement.
Research target industries, customer segments, competitors, and market trends.
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and conversion metrics.

What We're Looking For

Approximately 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, social media campaigns, SEO, and digital content creation.
Ability to simplify technology concepts into clear, engaging business messages.
A creative mindset combined with an understanding of business and lead generation.
Experience with AI tools, marketing automation, or B2B technology marketing is an advantage.

Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.

Track project progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.

What We're Looking For

Approximately 2 years of experience in technical project management, project coordination, software delivery, or a related technology role.
Understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent project management platforms.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
