Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in AWS production environments, application and infrastructure troubleshooting, monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining application availability, resolving production issues, managing critical incidents, and ensuring adherence to defined service-level agreements (SLAs). Working knowledge of Java is required for application-level debugging and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in production support, application support, or cloud operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in AWS production support and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, CloudWatch, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM.
• Experience with monitoring, alert management, log analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Working knowledge of Java for application-level debugging and troubleshooting.
• Experience analyzing application logs, exceptions, stack traces, and error messages.
• Familiarity with SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Experience working with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to handle critical incidents, perform RCA, and meet SLAs.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
