We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Digital Transformation Manager | Transformation Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives, business process improvements, technology adoption, and organizational change. This role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify transformation opportunities, develop practical strategies, and deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities• Lead digital transformation programs aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.

• Assess existing business processes, systems, workflows, and operating models to identify transformation opportunities.
• Develop transformation strategies, roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and implementation plans.
• Conduct business and technology assessments to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities to digitize, automate, standardize, and optimize business processes.
• Partner with senior leadership to define transformation objectives, KPIs, and expected business outcomes.
• Manage multiple transformation projects across business functions and organizational units.
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential business applications and benefits.
• Support implementation of cloud platforms, automation solutions, data platforms, AI capabilities, and other digital technologies.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, investment proposals, and transformation recommendations.
• Analyze operational data and business performance metrics to measure transformation impact.
• Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks to track transformation progress, benefits, risks, and milestones.
• Identify process inefficiencies, technology limitations, duplicated activities, and unnecessary operational costs.
• Recommend process redesign and technology solutions based on business requirements and strategic objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process-mapping sessions, and transformation assessments.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical transformation initiatives and implementation plans.
• Support organizational change-management activities to encourage adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Develop communication, training, and stakeholder-engagement plans for transformation programs.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, resource requirements, and potential implementation challenges.
• Monitor project progress and ensure transformation initiatives remain aligned with agreed objectives and timelines.
• Work with external consultants, technology vendors, and implementation partners where required.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and best practices for transformation programs.
• Conduct benchmarking and industry research to identify innovative operating models and digital practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend continuous improvements.
• Support post-implementation reviews to measure business value, adoption, efficiency gains, and customer impact.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, recommendations, and transformation updates.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

✅ Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, Business Transformation, Technology Consulting, Business Operations, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks, business process improvement, and organizational change.
• Experience managing or supporting complex transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience conducting process mapping, gap analysis, requirements gathering, and operating-model assessments.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, automation, cloud solutions, data analytics, and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, workflow automation, BI, AI, or other enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps, business cases, project plans, and implementation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business performance and technology investments.
• Experience with project-management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Familiarity with change-management principles and organizational transformation practices.
• Strong stakeholder-management and executive-communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and workshop-management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Experience working with technology vendors, consulting partners, or system integrators is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, Scrum, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or similar qualifications are advantageous.
• Consulting experience with multiple business functions or industries is preferred.
