About Spinacho

Spinacho is an early-stage food platform based in Pune, bringing together carefully selected food options, restaurant partners, and customers looking for quality and consistency in their everyday food choices.

We're building a distinctive platform with a focus on product curation, customer experience, and brand building. We approach the business with a strong interest in consumer behaviour and understanding how better product experiences can influence everyday choices.

As we grow, we're exploring opportunities to develop our own products and expand what Spinacho can offer.

We're at an early stage, which means there's significant scope to shape the business, experiment with ideas, and build systems from the ground up. We're looking for a co-founder who wants to take ownership, contribute to key business decisions, and work closely with the founder to build Spinacho's future.

About the Role

We're looking for a co-founder with a background or strong interest in management, business strategy, and entrepreneurship who wants to help build a startup from the ground up.

You'll work closely with the founder on business development, operations, partnerships, growth, and strategic decision-making. This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, taking responsibility, and turning ideas into action.

We're looking for someone who wants to contribute to building the business, rather than simply work on assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Strategy: Help develop business plans, identify growth opportunities, and decide priorities for Spinacho.
• Business Development: Build relationships with restaurant partners, fitness clubs, sports communities, and other potential partners.
• Operations: Help establish processes for daily operations, partner coordination, logistics, and customer experience.
• Growth and Marketing: Contribute ideas and experiments to attract customers, build brand awareness, and grow the business.
• Product Development: Work with the founder to improve the platform and explore opportunities for future product development.
• Team Management: Help recruit, coordinate, and manage interns and future team members.
• Problem-Solving: Identify challenges, test solutions, and take ownership of important business tasks.
• Execution: Turn plans into action, track progress, and help the company move towards its goals.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone currently living in Pune who can work closely with the founder in person when required.
• A background in management, business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in an early-stage startup.
• Interest in business strategy, operations, partnerships, marketing, or consumer brands.
• Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and is comfortable making decisions.
• A person who is willing to learn, experiment, and adapt as the business grows.

Prior startup experience is a plus, but it's not mandatory. We value initiative, commitment, practical thinking, and the ability to execute.
