Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Java Developer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with good problem-solving abilities and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Develop robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with internal and external systems.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other team members.
• Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in application testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Identify performance issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Java, Spring Boot, and backend development technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Good experience in developing REST APIs / web services.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Experience with Git or other version-control systems.
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good to excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Preferred Skills
• Experience with Spring Framework / Spring MVC.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms.
