The platform streamlines the entire YouTube workflow—from strategy to publishing—by offering video editing, content repurposing, script writing, thumbnail design, channel management, SEO, analytics, and growth strategy. In addition to services, ScaleTube is developing AI tools that analyze channel performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize content, predict performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Designed for both emerging and established creators, ScaleTube enables users to create better content, grow faster, and build sustainable YouTube-first businesses.

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Co-Founder and Investor at ScaleTube. The Co-Founder and Investor will collaborate on overall business strategy, product vision, and positioning of ScaleTube as the operating system for YouTube creators. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating growth opportunities, contributing to go-to-market plans, supporting fundraising efforts, and helping shape partnerships with creators, brands, and agencies. The role involves reviewing product and feature ideas, providing input on analytics and AI capabilities, and validating assumptions through market and user research. This person will also help refine sales and marketing approaches, guide key hiring decisions, and contribute capital and/or strategic investor relations to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience using data to drive decisions, evaluate growth opportunities, and assess product-market fit.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level presentations.
  • Proven Sales experience in building or scaling revenue streams, managing pipelines, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Marketing expertise in positioning digital products, creator-focused services, or SaaS offerings, including brand awareness and go-to-market strategy.
  • Research capabilities for market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and understanding creator and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated experience as a founder, operator, or early-stage leader in startups or technology-driven businesses.
  • Familiarity with YouTube, creator economy dynamics, content workflows, or media/entertainment industries.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage, remote-first environment with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
  • Ability to contribute financially as an investor and provide access to relevant networks (founders, creators, VCs, or strategic partners).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
