Fintech Business Manager

The FinTech Business Resource will be responsible for driving and managing UTI AMC's FinTech distribution business, with a focus on building strategic partnerships, accelerating business growth, strengthening partner relationships and identifying emerging opportunities across the digital investment ecosystem.

The role will work closely with leading wealth-tech platforms, investment platforms, payment platforms, digital ecosystems, FinTechs and other emerging distribution channels to expand UTI Mutual Fund's digital presence and improve business outcomes.

The individual will act as a business owner / relationship manager for identified FinTech partners, while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

The role will involve a combination of business development, partner management, analytics, strategy, project management and execution, with a strong focus on translating partnerships into scalable and profitable business growth.

Key objectives:

• Drive growth in FinTech-sourced business, including SIPs, lump-sum investments, AUM and other relevant business metrics.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with FinTech and digital distribution partners.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and emerging digital distribution models.
• Improve UTI AMC's share of wallet and visibility across existing digital platforms.
• Drive implementation of strategic initiatives and partnerships from conceptualization through execution.
• Use business and partner data to identify opportunities, gaps and growth levers.
• Act as a bridge between external partners and internal UTI stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, evolving technology and changing investor behaviour to identify new business opportunities.
