Role Description The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Distinct’s website and related web applications to showcase services, manage inquiries, and improve user experience. Day-to-day tasks include building responsive user interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating third-party tools, and optimizing site performance and security. The role will also involve collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to update content, create landing pages, and support digital campaigns that promote the coworking and managed office offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, requiring regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and occasional support for technology-related initiatives within the workspace.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including Front-End Development and Web Design, with experience in responsive layouts and modern UI frameworks.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies, including Back-End Web Development and Programming, for building secure, scalable web applications.
• Solid understanding of core Web Development principles, including performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and basic SEO best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with common web stacks (such as JavaScript frameworks and server-side languages).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience integrating APIs, analytics tools, and contact or booking forms; prior work in workspace, real estate, or service-oriented businesses is a plus.
