Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering complex web solutions using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React. You will lead the development of web applications and services, ensuring they meet both internal and external requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in web development, with a strong ability to drive projects from concept to completion, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers. This position requires a deep understanding of both development and design principles, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality products on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of complex web applications and services using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Work closely with the QA team to manage the handoff for testing, support during the testing process, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Oversee and participate in the design and development phases, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
  • Conduct performance and unit tests on new and existing software to identify and address issues, optimize performance, and ensure robust functionality.
  • Implement and promote industry-standard UI and design patterns and methodologies.
  • Share expertise and best practices with the team to enhance overall development practices within the organization.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server (Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers) and Entity Frameworks.
  • Experience with RESTful web services and LINQ.
  • Expertise in HTML5, Razor View Engine, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Minimum Qualification

Required Qualification

  • B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field, or an advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Several years of professional experience in web development, with a focus on ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React.
  • Any Postgraduate degree in Any Specialization is a plus but not required.
