Coforge is hiring for an experienced Airline Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of next-generation airline technology solutions. This role will be instrumental in shaping innovative products that accelerate airline digital transformation across retailing, Offer & Order management, airline operations, customer servicing, and AI-driven automation.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the airline industry, modern product management practices, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, customer-centric platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with airline customers, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to identify and prioritize high-value product initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption.
- Drive product development across key airline domains, including:
- Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
- Airline Retailing
- Offer & Order Management
- NDC and One Order
- Airline Operations
- Customer Servicing and Fulfillment
- Operational Intelligence and Analytics
- AI and Automation Solutions
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14+ years of experience in Product Management, Airline Technology, Aviation Consulting, or Airline Digital Transformation.
- Strong understanding of airline business processes and technology ecosystems.
- Proven experience building and managing enterprise software products, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum product management methodologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable product capabilities and detailed requirements.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional with a data-driven decision-making approach.
