Role Description The Survey Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. In this role, the Survey Analyst designs and manages quantitative and qualitative surveys, including questionnaire development, sampling plans, and data collection processes. The individual analyzes survey data using statistical and analytical techniques, prepares clear reports and visualizations, and translates findings into actionable recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and clients to define research objectives, ensuring data quality and integrity, and supporting ongoing market and customer insight initiatives. The Survey Analyst also contributes to continuous improvement of research methodologies and tools used across projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Research skills, including survey design and data collection methods.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics for data analysis and interpretation.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting findings, writing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, or Python) and data visualization platforms is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple projects, and maintain high standards of accuracy and detail.
