About The Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Prompt Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agent solutions. The role focuses on Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI frameworks, MCP integration, and LLM-based applications, enabling autonomous reasoning, task orchestration, and enterprise workflow automation.
Job Description
The candidate will build and optimize AI prompts, agent workflows, and MCP-integrated tools to improve the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI-driven solutions. The role involves developing intelligent agents with planning, reasoning, memory, and multi-step execution capabilities.
The engineer will work with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and enterprise APIs to build scalable AI applications. The position also involves evaluating agent performance, implementing security and governance standards, and supporting deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build Agentic AI applications with reasoning, planning, memory, and task orchestration capabilities.
- Develop and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools, servers, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Design agent architectures, tool-calling frameworks, and context management strategies.
- Implement RAG, knowledge retrieval, and context orchestration solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Establish prompt evaluation and testing frameworks to measure AI agent performance.
- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, and continuous improvement of AI agents.
Required Skills
- Large Language Models (LLMs): OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or equivalent.
- Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI.
- Agentic AI frameworks: Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
- MCP servers, tool integration, API orchestration, and enterprise connectivity.
- Python or similar programming languages.
- RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Cloud AI platforms: Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
