Role Description The Senior Web Developer role at SuperSquare™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications that support AI-driven and automation-focused products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring responsive, accessible, and secure web experiences. The Senior Web Developer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, review code, mentor team members, and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong front-end skills, including Front-End Development and Web Design, with experience in modern frameworks and responsive UI implementation.
  • Robust back-end capabilities, including Back-End Web Development and Programming, with a focus on scalable architectures, APIs, and database integration.
  • Comprehensive Web Development expertise across the full stack, with the ability to own features from concept to deployment.
  • Solid understanding of web performance, security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
  • Experience leading or mentoring development teams and contributing to technical design and code reviews.
  • Proficiency with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working on AI-enabled products, automation tools, or business software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment.
