About the Role

Crimson Energy Experts is looking for Electronics & Communication Engineers with hands-on experience in RF systems, radar signal processing, communications, DSP or electronic warfare.

You will work on large-scale RF datasets and signal-processing systems, developing software and analytical pipelines that transform raw I/Q data into meaningful RF and emitter-level intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Develop Python and MATLAB-based signal-processing workflows for RF and I/Q datasets.
• Process, filter and analyse high-volume RF data and associated metadata.
• Develop DSP modules for demodulation, resampling, feature extraction and signal analysis.
• Implement algorithms for noise reduction, interference detection and signal characterisation.
• Build ETL pipelines for ingestion of large RF datasets into SQL/NoSQL data platforms.
• Develop time-frequency visualisations, geospatial analysis and analytical dashboards.
• Work with RF engineers to validate signal-processing algorithms against real-world datasets.
• Support RF data acquisition, dataset cataloguing, quality checks and metadata management.
• Develop and maintain Linux-based processing environments and GPU-enabled workloads.
• Document algorithms, experiments, datasets and analytical results.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.E. / M.Sc. in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Signal Processing, Radar Technology, Defence Electronics or a related field.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in electronics, communications, DSP, RF systems or signal processing.
• Strong understanding of digital signal processing and communication fundamentals.
• Knowledge of RF systems, radar concepts, communication waveforms or electronic support systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or MATLAB.
• Experience with NumPy, SciPy, Pandas and relevant signal-processing libraries.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Git.
• Understanding of data pipelines, databases and software development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GNU Radio, SDR platforms such as USRP or HackRF, or RF test equipment.
• Experience with PyTorch or other machine-learning frameworks for signal analysis.
• Knowledge of FastAPI, REST APIs or distributed data-processing systems.
• Experience with PostGIS, QGIS, ArcGIS or other geospatial technologies.
• Familiarity with radar data formats, ASTERIX, STANAG or other defence/aerospace data standards.
• Experience working with large-scale RF, radar, communications or EW datasets.
• Experience in defence, aerospace, maritime, telecommunications or electronic warfare environments.
