Product Strategy Analyst
Cenmor is an early-stage, US-based technology company focused on building an AI-native software platform from the ground up. The company is currently operating in stealth. Cenmor is assembling a small, focused product and engineering team to define and shape its initial offerings. Team members can expect a collaborative environment, direct ownership of key workstreams, and the chance to influence the company’s long-term product strategy.
Role Description
We are looking for a highly analytical, curious generalist to work closely with the executive team on product strategy, customer discovery, decision framework development and business model development. You will help us answer questions such as: What does a rigorous decision product need to know? What matters most to the customer? Which assumptions should be modelled? What should the product calculate, ask or research? How should decision frameworks be designed for AI deployment? And how do we turn this into something repeatable and scalable?
You will
- Work with the executive team to refine product strategy and priorities.
- Participate in customer discovery, synthesize what we learn and translate it into product decisions.
- Research complex consumer decision domains from first principles.
- Build and maintain decision models, calculators and Excel-based tools.
- Work with product and engineering to turn research and models into shipped product.
- Help refine the business model, pricing and value proposition as we learn.
- Prepare customer cases and analyses for real decision-support engagements.
- Use AI tools extensively for research, modelling, critique and productivity.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a strong quantitative background in engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics, finance or a similar field.
- An MBA is strongly preferred.
- Is excellent at research, Excel/modeling and structured problem solving.
- Is unusually curious about customers and how people make difficult decisions.
- Communicates clearly in writing and conversation.
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys building from zero to one.
- Wants broad exposure to product, customers, strategy and engineering rather than a narrow functional role.
- Is willing to work US time-zone hours when customer interactions require it.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to be close to the core product and business decisions of an early-stage company, work directly with the executive team and customers, and help shape a new product from the ground up.
