Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Associate Product Manager with strong expertise in US healthcare, preferably Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate will own product vision, roadmap, backlog prioritization, and end-to-end product delivery while working closely with clients, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, features, and release plans.
• Engage directly with US healthcare clients to gather requirements and translate them into product specifications.
• Manage product backlogs, write PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive end-to-end product development, prioritization, and delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build scalable digital platforms.
• Leverage AI tools and AI/ML-driven solutions to accelerate product development and improve efficiency.
• Analyze product performance, user feedback, and business data to drive improvements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, timelines, and product quality.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience, including at least 4 years in Product Management within US healthcare.
• Hands-on experience interacting directly with US healthcare clients for product requirements.
• Strong understanding of Payer and Provider RCM workflows.
• Proven experience writing PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for product management and collaborative product development.
• Azure product development experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in analytics, automation (RPA), AI/ML products, or in-house platform development is an advantage.
