C# .NET Developer

Role Description The C# .NET Developer will work on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web and desktop applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient C# code, implementing business logic, integrating APIs and databases, fixing bugs, and optimizing application performance. The developer will collaborate closely with other engineers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, requiring regular interaction with cross-functional teams and involvement in end-to-end project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET) for building web and/or desktop applications.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks for creating responsive user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) including writing queries, stored procedures, and performing data modeling.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including object-oriented design, design patterns, unit testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Experience with API development and integration (RESTful services, JSON, XML) and familiarity with microservices concepts.
• Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and contribute to solution architecture and design.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills in a production environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented, open, and agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (such as Azure), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
