About The Job

Senior Frontend Developer

Design, develop and maintain high-performance marine software solutions. Frontend role across React, TypeScript and data visualisation, building data-intensive, scalable and secure applications on-premise and in the cloud.

What You'll Do

Design and develop high-quality frontend applications using modern React patterns
Build responsive, performant, data-heavy user interfaces
Implement advanced charting and data visualisation
Integrate with REST APIs and real-time data sources
Ensure application performance, security and scalability
Write clean, testable, well-documented code

What You'll Bring

7+ years frontend development; enterprise React and TypeScript
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
React and TypeScript: hooks, context, component composition
Data-heavy, performance-optimised UIs and large datasets in the browser
REST API integration and real-time data (WebSockets, SSE)
Frontend security: XSS, CSRF, CORS
AWS, CI/CD and frontend deployments.
Comfortable on Windows and Linux

Nice to have

Apache ECharts or similar data visualisation libraries

Electron or desktop applications

Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright
