Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Salesforce Developer role is based in Pune City. The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, optimizing existing Salesforce configurations, and ensuring data quality and platform performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, and adhering to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also participate in code reviews, support release cycles, and contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.
• Candidates should possess CRM and platform skills such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflow rules, Process Builder, and Flow.
• Candidates should possess integration and data management skills, including REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, and experience with data migration and synchronization.
• Candidates should possess software engineering skills such as object-oriented programming, version control (e.g., Git), unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Candidates should possess solution design and analysis skills, including requirements gathering, technical documentation, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Candidates should possess soft skills such as clear communication, stakeholder collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
