Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementation rollout upgrade migration and support projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing monitoring and successfully delivering SAP programs within scope timeline budget and quality expectations while managing multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams

Key Responsibilities

Lead endtoend SAP implementation enhancement rollout and support projects

Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource plans

Manage project governance risk management and issue resolution

Coordinate with business stakeholders functional consultants technical teams and external vendors

Ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions aligned with business objectives

Track project progress budgets milestones and resource utilization

Facilitate steering committee meetings and leadership reporting

Manage project schedules using project management methodologies

Drive change management user adoption and communication activities

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project management best practices

Oversee testing cutover deployment and hypercare activities

Manage project documentation status reports RAID logs and action trackers

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP project delivery and program management

Exposure to SAP modules such as FICO MM SD PP PM QM WMEWM Ariba SuccessFactors or S4HANA

Expertise in project planning budgeting forecasting and resource management

Experience managing onsite and offshore teams

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

Knowledge of Agile Scrum Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models

Experience with project tracking and reporting tools

Strong communication leadership and problemsolving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

SAP S4HANA implementation experience

PMP PRINCE2 Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent certification

Experience managing global delivery programs

Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
