We are looking for a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on Salesforce Agentforce expertise to build and deliver enterprise-grade AI-powered solutions.

The primary focus of this role is Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and AI, with strong expectations around designing, configuring, integrating, and deploying intelligent AI agents and enterprise AI experiences.
This is not a generic GenAI role.
Candidates must have strong practical experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud, along with the ability to work across backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, AI integrations, and modern UI.
You will work closely with architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and client teams to transform business use cases into scalable Agentforce-powered AI solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
Design, build, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions for enterprise use cases.
Develop and customize AI Agents, Agent Actions, Topics, Instructions, and automation workflows.
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
Work extensively with Salesforce Data Cloud for data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, data modeling, and activation.
Build AI-powered customer and employee experiences using Agentforce + Data Cloud.Implement LLM/GenAI capabilities, prompt engineering, grounding, retrieval, and AI orchestration.
Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and supporting microservices.
Build secure and scalable AI applications using cloud-native technologies.
Contribute to UI development using modern frontend frameworks, particularly React.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, enterprise applications, and external AI services.
Develop production-ready solutions with appropriate security, monitoring, observability, testing, and CI/CD.
Work directly with architects, product teams, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

The successful candidate should be comfortable moving between AI agent design, Salesforce/Data Cloud, backend engineering, APIs, AWS, and frontend development, while also communicating effectively with architects, customers, and business stakeholders.
