Role Description The Owner role at OctaNet Services Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bulandshahr. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and service delivery, ensuring that software and website development projects meet quality standards and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include guiding project priorities, managing client relationships, setting performance targets, and coordinating with technical and internship program teams. The role also involves financial oversight, resource planning, and decision-making related to business growth, partnerships, and new service offerings. The Owner is expected to cultivate a positive work culture that supports innovation, ethical business practices, and long-term organizational development.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management abilities, including experience overseeing cross-functional teams and business operations.
• Background in software or website development, with a solid understanding of project lifecycles, technical workflows, and quality assurance.
• Business strategy, planning, and financial management skills, including budgeting, performance tracking, and risk assessment.
• Client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Experience designing or supporting internship or training programs, and mentoring individuals at different skill levels.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions, prioritize multiple initiatives, and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
