Cloud Automation Lead / Architect

Your mission

To ensure agility and security in the delivery of our cloud infrastructure, we are looking for a Cloud Automation Lead who will own, evolve, and continuously improve our Cloud Automation environment and DevOps practices.

Your mission will be to:

• Drive the maturity of DevOps and Automation within the Global Cloud Center of Excellence.
• Ensure that our Cloud Solution Catalog delivers maximum value and speed to our stakeholders.
• Guarantee the security and standardization of our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment pipelines.

Your role

• Manage the DevOps environment: Oversee Repositories, Pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and define the Coding best practices and way of working for the cloud team.
• Cloud Solution Catalog: Maintain and continuously develop the cloud solution catalog, ensuring it remains accurate, intuitive, and aligned with business needs.
• Drive Cloud Automation: Maintain and drive the Cloud Automation environment, including the management of Pipelines, Interfaces, and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Lead the development and maintenance of IaC templates
• Security Governance: Manage and drive Code Security; integrate security scanning and compliance checks into the CI/CD process to ensure a "secure by design" approach.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance automation adoption and process efficiency.
• Provide regular reporting on deployment success rates and guide stakeholders on corrective actions and improvements.

Your profile:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in Cloud Automation, DevOps Engineering, or a similar technical lead role
• Must-have technical skills: Deep knowledge of Bicep and Terraform is required.
• Multi Cloud Experience for Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform
• Strong expertise in Ansible, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python), and managing complex CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Code Security (DevSecOps), including vulnerability scanning and secret management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English.
