MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking a talented and driven AI Solution & Implementation Manager to join our IT team at Fossil Group in Bangalore, India. If you are passionate about enterprise AI solutions, emerging technologies and business transformation, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will translate business opportunities into scalable AI-powered solutions, leading discovery, solution design and implementation across our global business functions.

What You Will Do In This Role

AI Discovery & Business Solutioning

• Lead discovery workshops with business leaders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain and Planning to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Understand business processes, challenges and objectives, translating them into functional AI solution requirements.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, data readiness, implementation complexity, latency, token and compute costs, and expected business ROI.
• Design functional AI architecture blueprints defining how foundation models, vector databases and enterprise data repositories interact.

AI Solution Development & Integration

• Leverage GCP AI technologies, including Gemini, Vertex AI, RAG, AI models, AI Agents and Prompt Engineering, to build enterprise AI solutions.
• Build, test and deploy engineered prompts and LLM capabilities within business workflows and automations.
• Develop custom scripts using Python or Groovy for complex data logic, payload processing and non-standard API integrations.
• Integrate AI-driven applications with enterprise systems, APIs and business processes using low-code/no-code platforms and automation workflows.

Implementation & Project Leadership

• Drive end-to-end AI solution implementation, from discovery and solutioning through deployment and business adoption.
• Manage project plans, delivery milestones, timelines, dependencies and implementation progress.
• Collaborate with Developers, IT teams, GCP teams, DevOps/MLOps and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Work with technical teams on deployment pipelines involving GCP Cloud Run, GKE, Vertex AI Endpoints and CI/CD processes.
• Support the transition of AI prototypes into scalable, production-ready enterprise applications.

Governance, Security & Cost Management

• Partner with IT and Cloud Infrastructure teams to ensure platform connectivity, API security and enterprise compliance.
• Monitor GCP resource utilization, including Vertex AI, Compute and BigQuery costs, along with API and token consumption.
• Ensure appropriate data privacy, security, responsible AI practices and governance guardrails across AI implementations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize solution performance, infrastructure utilization and implementation costs.

Who You Are

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, project management, enterprise integration or solutions engineering.
• At least 2+ years of experience working with AI/ML, LLMs and GCP technologies.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud AI technologies such as Gemini, Vertex AI, RAG, AI Agents and Prompt Engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms, Python or Groovy scripting, API integrations, HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of foundation models, vector databases, enterprise data repositories and AI application architecture.
• Working knowledge of cloud ecosystems such as GCP or AWS, API design and enterprise authentication standards.
• Familiarity with Docker, GCP Cloud Run, App Engine, Vertex AI Endpoints, REST APIs and MLOps pipelines.
• Understanding of AI deployment, monitoring, cost optimization, data privacy and enterprise security practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects through implementation.
