Real Time Applications Center (RTAC) is looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Kolhapur.

You'll work on software products and business applications across Banking & Finance and other enterprise domains, including web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications.
• Build software solutions for banking and financial products.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and enterprise systems.
• Work with databases and third-party integrations.
• Write clean, scalable, production-ready code.
• Debug issues and improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, UI/UX, and engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with web and/or mobile application development.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Git, testing, debugging, and CI/CD.
• Experience with any modern programming language/framework.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with banking, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus.
