The role

We have more ideas than we can build. Your job is to figure out which ones are real, and turn the survivors into a product specification sharp enough for engineering to build from.

You won't be generating ideas!! You'll be the person who decides which ones deserve investment — through live customer conversations, rigorous market sizing, and a written case that leadership can act on. Some of what you look at should die. Killing an idea well is as valuable here as championing one !!

What You'll Do

  • Take a rough concept and design the fastest honest test of whether there's a real need behind it
  • Run customer and prospect interviews; separate what people said from what you concluded
  • Size the opportunity — TAM/SAM, pricing, unit economics — and be clear about which assumptions the number actually rests on
  • Write the recommendation memo: build, don't build, or build something narrower. Own the call.
  • Turn a validated concept into a PRD — problem, scope, what's in the first version and what isn't
  • Work with engineering leads on feasibility early enough that it changes the spec, not after

What We're Looking For

  • MBA from IIM A/B/C/L/I/K or equivalent.
  • Exceptional structured writing. Your memos are the product of this role.
  • High Comfort with numbers: financial modeling in Excel/Sheets, basic SQL, product analytics
  • Can hold a real conversation with a senior Global executive based in developed markets (or a frustrated customer without a script !!)
  • Already using AI tools in how you work, not just aware of them

What You Get

Direct access to CXOs on a daily basis, real ownership of investment recommendations, and a short path between your analysis and what actually gets built.

Your Voice, Unfiltered

We value the real you. To ensure a fair and authentic experience for everyone, we ask that you do not use AI tools (such as real-time answer generators, transcription apps, or note-taking bots) during your interview

Our process is designed to hear your unique story, thought process, and lived experience in real-time. Use of unauthorized AI tools may result in disqualification, as we want to ensure every candidate is evaluated on their own individual merits. We’re excited to meet the person behind the resume!

If you need assistive technology or AI tools for accessibility (e.g., live captioning), please notify your recruiter in advance. We are committed to providing an inclusive interview experience.
