We are seeking a skilled AEM Lead ,Bangalore having 8+ yrs of experience.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• AEM Sites: Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites development and implementation.
• Technical Leadership: Proven experience working as a Technical Lead, providing technical direction and guiding development teams.
• AEM Development: Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and content management capabilities.
• Technical Delivery: Ability to drive technical implementation, troubleshoot issues, review code, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Understanding of AEM cloud migration and cloud-native development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of AEM Sites solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
• Define and maintain coding standards and development best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver project requirements.
• Review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure application quality and performance.
• Support project planning, technical estimations, and delivery activities.
• Contribute to AEMaaCS-related initiatives wherever applicable.
