**Your Role and Impact:**

• Operate autonomously from week one, quickly integrating into assigned workstreams to deliver impactful results.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business, IT, and third-party vendors, supporting strategic priorities and managing expectations.

• Lead process and technology improvement projects, producing documented, transferable outputs for seamless transition post-engagement.

• Drive project management efforts, from scope identification to rollout, ensuring efficient automation and standardization.

**What We’re Looking For:**

• 6-8+ years of business analysis and process improvement experience within the financial services industry, preferably in investment management.

• Proven track record in consulting, with experience in "Big 4" organizations or similar environments.

• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to resolve complex problems and manage change effectively.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, with a strong ability to utilize AI tools for efficiency.
