About the Role

We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to help build next-generation AI agents from the

ground up. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the entire development lifecycle—from

experimentation and prototyping to evaluation and deployment.

You’ll work closely with founders, engineers, and subject-matter experts (SMEs) to turn

domain knowledge into AI systems that can reason, remember, and act autonomously.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI agents using LLMs, NLP, and agentic frameworks.

Develop multi-agent workflows, prompt chains, memory systems, RAG pipelines,

and task-decomposition logic.

Collaborate with SMEs to translate real-world requirements into reliable AI solutions.

Build integrations with APIs, vector databases, and external tools.

Evaluate and improve accuracy, latency, reliability, and scalability.

Rapidly prototype, test, learn, and iterate in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment.

Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML development.

Strong understanding of NLP and machine-learning fundamentals.

Experience with LLM platforms or models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or

Hugging Face.

Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or

AutoGen.

Exposure to RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and model evaluation.

Ability to write clean, modular code and rapidly prototype AI-powered features.

A self-driven and curious mindset, with an interest in building products from scratch.
