Company Description Indian Digital Payment Intelligence Corporation (IDPIC) is a Section 8 nonprofit established in 2025 to strengthen India’s digital payments ecosystem. The organization builds and maintains a national fraud intelligence network that enables participating institutions to collaboratively detect, analyze, and respond to evolving payment fraud risks. IDPIC works closely with banks, fintechs, and other stakeholders to create secure, data-informed frameworks for real-time fraud prevention. The team focuses on impactful, mission-driven technology solutions that enhance trust, safety, and resilience in digital payments across the country.

Position Overview:

The Developer will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, integration and maintenance of DPIP applications, APIs and platform components, working closely with the CTO, product team, data/analytics, infrastructure and security teams to deliver secure, scalable and reliable software aligned with DPIP functional and technical requirements.

Qualification and Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field from a reputed institute.

Preferred: MTech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science) or relevant certifications (full-stack, cloud, Kubernetes) (IIT preferred)

Age : 23 - 40 years as on September,2026

Work Experience :

Minimum 4 years designing and building scalable, secure backend and microservices applications.

Hands-on with RUST programming language, Python / Java / Go, REST & gRPC APIs, SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis), event streaming (Apache Kafka), containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) and CI/CD. Experience with high-throughput, low-latency real-time transaction systems and the fintech / payments domain (UPI, IMPS, cards) preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application & API Development: Design, develop, and maintain DPIP application modules, microservices, backend services, and critical APIs supporting screening, reporting, feedback, dispute, and revoke workflows.
• Ecosystem Integration: Develop and maintain secure integrations with participating banks, Payment Aggregators, and other ecosystem systems to enable seamless data exchange.
• Secure & Scalable Development: Build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications following secure coding standards, database best practices, and DPIP technical requirements.
• Testing, Deployment & Production Support: Conduct testing, debugging, performance tuning, and support CI/CD pipelines, controlled releases, production issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Technical Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain code, API specifications, configurations, and technical documentation while supporting platform enhancements, technology upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
