Finance Process Excellence | AI & Automation

Locations: Gurgaon | Mumbai | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune

Experience: 3–12 Years

We are looking for professionals with strong Finance Operations Transformation experience, combined with process excellence, data analytics, AI, and automation capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Finance process analysis, mapping, maturity assessment & gap analysis
• Strong experience in at least one Finance tower: OTC | PTP | RTR | Fixed Assets | Product Costing
• Hands-on exposure to GenAI, Prompt Engineering, RPA, Process Mining or LLM-based workflow prototyping
• Experience creating To-Be processes, SOPs, RACI, process narratives and operating models
• Strong Excel / Power BI / Python / SQL-based reporting and KPI analysis
• Exposure to GBS / Shared Services transformation, transition planning, SLA frameworks and stabilization

Good to Have: UiPath | Automation Anywhere | Power Automate

Educational Qualification: CA/CMA/MBA (Full-time)/ B.Tech / B.E / Bachelor’s in Data Science
