About the Role

VPS is building AI-powered healthcare solutions to streamline clinical workflows and improve healthcare delivery. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build scalable web applications, develop intelligent features, and integrate AI capabilities into real-world healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces and reusable UI components.
• Design RESTful APIs, backend services, and database integrations.
• Integrate AI/LLM APIs, including OpenAI, for speech-to-text, clinical documentation, summarization, and NLP features.
• Implement real-time functionality using WebSockets.
• Optimize MySQL queries and ensure data integrity.
• Follow secure development practices for healthcare data, including applicable HIPAA requirements.
• Work with cloud infrastructure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development, testing, debugging, and timely feature delivery.

Required Skills

• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, JWT authentication, MySQL, WebSockets.
• Frontend: React.js, React Hooks, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS, responsive design.
• AI Integration: Understanding of LLMs, OpenAI APIs, speech-to-text, and NLP workflows.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (preferred) or Azure, Docker, CI/CD, and Git.

About You

• 1 - 3 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML), or a related field.
• Experience building and maintaining end-to-end web application features.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of API integration, database design, and application security.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and accountable for delivery.
• Good to have: Experience with healthcare applications, EHR/EMR systems, clinical documentation, or AI-powered SaaS products.
