Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for the development and QA teams, ensuring technical teams understand the "why" and "what" behind product requirements.1
Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize SQL, Excel, or BI tools to extract insights and track product performance metrics, supporting data-backed decision-making for future iterations.1
Process Documentation: Maintain product artifacts, including functional specifications, process flows (using BPMN/Visio), and feature documentation to ensure team alignment.1
Agile Support: Actively participate in Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to identify blockers and facilitate smooth delivery.1
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or Product Analysis within IT/Software environments.
Methodologies: Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban frameworks.1
Technical Tools
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).1
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and basic analysis.1
Experience with modeling tools (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart, or Figma).1
