Power BI AND Power Automate Developer
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Automation – Power Automate & UiPath
Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power
Automate and UiPath.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes and improve
operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain attended and unattended RPA bots.
Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint,
Excel, Outlook, and other enterprise systems.
Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth
execution of automated processes.
Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing support for deployed
automation solutions.
2. Business Intelligence & Reporting – Power BI
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Connect Power BI to multiple data sources, including Excel, SharePoint, SQL
databases, and other business applications.
Perform data transformation and modelling using Power Query and DAX.
Develop and maintain KPIs and operational performance dashboards.
Automate data refresh processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
and deliver actionable insights.
3. Business Process Improvement & Collaboration
Work closely with business teams to understand existing processes and
identify automation opportunities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of automation
workflows and dashboards.
Ensure solutions follow organizational security, compliance, and data
governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Skill / Qualification Requirement
Experience 2–3 years in automation, RPA, or business intelligence
Microsoft Power
Automate
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated
workflows
UiPath Experience in RPA development using UiPath Studio
Power BI Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data
visualizations
Data Handling Working knowledge of Excel, Power Query, and DAX
Database Knowledge Basic SQL knowledge and experience working with structured
data
Problem-Solving Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation
opportunities
Communication Ability to collaborate with business users and technical teams
Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
Preferred Skills
Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform.
Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator and bot monitoring.
Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Python or VBA.
Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integrations.
Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
Experience working with enterprise automation or digital transformation
initiatives.
