  • Discover improvement opportunities: Analyse business processes and performance data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, unnecessary complexity and opportunities for simplification.
  • Turn data into insights: Use data analysis, process mining and visualisation techniques to understand how processes actually operate and where improvements can deliver value.
  • Challenge the status quo: Question existing ways of working, investigate root causes and propose practical, evidence-based improvements.
  • Support process excellence: Collaborate with process owners and business teams to improve process efficiency, consistency, productivity and performance.
  • Make insights actionable: Translate complex findings into clear, compelling recommendations that stakeholders can understand and act upon.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • An interest in business process management, operational excellence, data analytics or continuous improvement.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of process mining methodologies or tools such as Celonis or SAP Signavio would be a distinct advantage.
  • Previous experience in process analysis, business analysis, process improvement or a related field is welcome but not essential.Demonstrated learning agility, analytical ability and a willingness to develop new technical skills are equally valued.
