Role Description The Business Strategy Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves developing and refining business plans, assessing growth opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives across the studio’s animation projects and markets. The specialist will conduct market and competitive research, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership for improving revenue, efficiency, and market positioning. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with production, finance, and sales teams, preparing strategic reports and presentations, and contributing to long-term planning for domestic and international operations. The role also includes identifying new business partnerships and supporting decision-making with clear, data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong business planning and strategy development skills, with experience creating and evaluating business models.
• Advanced analytical skills and market research capabilities to interpret data, track industry trends, and generate insights.
• Effective communication and consulting skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data, including financial analysis and KPI tracking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in media, entertainment, or animation industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience : 2-3 years in strategic management, strategy making, animation industry.
