- Apply Salesforce security and privacy controls, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, field-level security, secure coding, integration authentication, and data-protection requirements.
- Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend adoption where they improve business value, reliability, engineering efficiency, or user experience.
- Communicate technical options, trade-offs, progress, blockers, and delivery risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, events, middleware, or data-integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits, transaction behavior, security model, performance optimization, and scalable design patterns.
- Experience with source-control and Salesforce DevOps practices, including Git, CI/CD, automated validation, testing, code review, and controlled deployments across environments.
- Ability to provide reliable estimates, break down complex work, manage technical dependencies, and escalate risks early.
- Experience mentoring developers and raising team quality through design reviews, code reviews, standards, and knowledge sharing.
- Experience supporting production applications, performing root-cause analysis, and resolving complex platform or integration issues.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and collaboration across Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Release Management, and Support teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to varied audiences.
