Program Manager, Founder’s Office

Base Location - Gurugram

Working Days - (Even Sat offs)

Reporting To - Founder & CEO

Travel Frequency - Low (As and when required)

Purpose of the Role: As a Program Manager in the Founder’s office, you will contribute extensively to the strategic planning of key business verticals and partner with CXOs, VPs, and vertical heads to ensure the execution of the set targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities -

Assist the founder in identifying key business opportunities and planning their execution

• Work closely with various teams, driving their KPIs and tracking the health of the business daily

• Come up with solutions to key business problems and extensively work on process improvements

• Research market size, business opportunities, and industries to build depth in day-to-day communications

• Drive weekly/monthly update meetings with the founder and vertical leads

• Should be able to run special projects that can create impact and hand over to the business to run at scale

• Should be able to get work done from all the respective stakeholders and meet the deadlines - Strategic Mindset with a deep understanding of P&L management

Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of work experience; UG/MBA from a top-tier college

• Strong analytical skills and orientation towards building scalable processes

• Outcome-oriented with a problem-solving attitude

• Entrepreneurial mindset to manage multiple work streams at the same time

• High ownership, drive, and experience of working independently in unstructured environments

• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams within tight timelines

• Comfortable in fast-paced and demanding work environments.
