We are looking for an AI Engineer who can design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that support Nouryon's vision of becoming an AI-powered organization. This role will collaborate with business and technology teams to drive innovation, enhance business processes, and deliver scalable AI solutions using modern AI, cloud, and software development technologies.

In your future role as AI Engineer, you will:

Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using technologies such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Python, and .NET.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
Develop and implement Generative AI use cases that improve business efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
Conduct live demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote AI adoption across the organization.
Maintain, monitor, and optimize deployed AI applications to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI applications, integrations, and supporting technologies.
Create solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation for AI initiatives.
Support DevOps teams during solution refinement and implementation activities.
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and project stakeholders.

Great if you have

Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing Generative AI solutions.
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Microsoft Copilot technologies, and AI application development.
Proficiency in Python and .NET development frameworks.
Knowledge of modern AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, or similar technologies.
Experience with cloud-based solution architecture and application integration.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Understanding of data analytics, data modelling, and AI solution lifecycle management.
Experience working with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

We believe you bring

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience designing and developing Generative AI solutions.
Strong expertise in OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Python, and .NET technologies.
Experience with AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Azure AI Studio, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
Knowledge of solution architecture, platform integration, and cloud-based application development.
Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure Development, Azure Architecture, .NET Development, or related technologies are preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience conducting technical demonstrations, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
Professional proficiency in English.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Mumbai, India, supporting global AI and digital transformation initiatives. Occasional international travel may be required to support projects, stakeholders, and AI innovation programs.
