Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java + Angular Lead with 8–12 years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java and Angular, along with the ability to lead technical development activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Java and Angular.
• Develop scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Review code and ensure adherence to development and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Guide and mentor development team members.
• Participate in application testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Drive technical discussions and contribute to project delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java.
• Strong hands-on experience in Angular.
• Experience in leading technical development activities.
• Strong understanding of application development and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
