Virtual Reality (VR) & Augmented Reality (AR) Developer

RNP TECH PTE LTD is looking for a Virtual Reality (VR) & Augmented Reality (AR) Developer to create interactive applications for workplace safety, training and real-world simulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop immersive VR training scenarios and AR applications.
• Build interactive safety simulations, including hazard identification, equipment operation and emergency response.
• Integrate 3D models, animations, spatial audio and user interactions.
• Connect applications with backend APIs and learning platforms.
• Implement assessment scoring, user progress tracking and training reports.
• Test and optimise applications for performance, usability and user comfort.Skills & Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Unity and C#.
• Experience developing for VR headsets or mobile AR.
• Familiarity with OpenXR, XR Interaction Toolkit, AR Foundation, ARCore or ARKit, depending on the project.
• Understanding of 3D environments, physics, animation and interaction design.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git and debugging.
• A portfolio showcasing working VR/AR projects.Added Advantage
• Experience with Meta Quest devices.
• Knowledge of Blender, Unreal Engine or WebXR.
• Experience creating industrial simulations or safety training applications.
• Familiarity with LMS integration and learning analytics.📍 Location: [Insert location / remote arrangement]
