Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer at McCollins Media. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive, mobile-first websites and web applications that align with client goals and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services, integrating APIs, and ensuring site performance, accessibility, and security. The role also involves collaborating with designers, content teams, and digital marketers, troubleshooting technical issues, and participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Development skills, including experience working across the full stack as needed.
• Front-End Development skills in building responsive user interfaces and working with modern frameworks or libraries.
• Creating AI Agents and integrating them
• expert in Shopify Websites and Mobile Application Development
• Back-End Web Development skills for creating and maintaining server-side logic, databases, and integrations.
• Programming skills with at least one commonly used web language (such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar).
• Web Design skills to collaborate effectively with designers and ensure user-friendly, accessible layouts.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of SEO best practices, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
