Role Description The Owner role at Webeaz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time on-site position based in Kozhikode, responsible for leading the overall business strategy, operations, and growth of the company. The Owner oversees service delivery across web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing, ensuring projects meet client expectations, quality standards, and profitability goals. Daily responsibilities include managing key client relationships, guiding sales and marketing efforts, supervising cross-functional teams, and making decisions on resource allocation and investments. The role also involves monitoring market trends, refining service offerings, setting performance targets, and implementing operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability. The Owner is expected to foster a collaborative work culture, uphold ethical business practices, and represent the company in industry and networking forums.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in guiding multidisciplinary teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Business strategy, financial planning, and operational management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of digital marketing domains such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and online reputation management.
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies, including website development, UI/UX-focused website designing, and mobile app development.
• Client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable business plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced qualifications or entrepreneurial experience are highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in leading or owning a technology, digital, or services-based business, preferably within the digital marketing or web solutions sector.
• Comfort working on-site in Kozhikode and collaborating closely with local teams and stakeholders.
