The Technical Consultant - Dynamics CRM is responsible for designing, customizing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business and operational requirements. This role collaborates closely with functional consultants, business analysts, technical teams, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions that support enterprise business transformation initiatives. The position participates in Dynamics CRM development activities, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, deployment support, application support, technical documentation, and secure CRM solution delivery while contributing to improved application stability, operational efficiency, automation capability, and overall solution quality.

Role

  • Design, develop, customize, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  • Configure CRM modules, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, workflows, and application components within Dynamics CRM environments.
  • Develop and maintain plug-ins, custom workflows, integrations, and web resources using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and related technologies.
  • Support data migration activities using Dynamics CRM data management and migration tools.
  • Develop, manage, and support SSRS reports and SQL Server-based reporting solutions.
  • Participate in technical design discussions, solution development, and requirement refinement activities.
  • Support integration activities using APIs, middleware solutions, and third-party applications where applicable.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application-related issues, defects, and performance concerns.
  • Support testing, validation, deployment, release management, and quality assurance activities to ensure solution reliability and functionality.
  • Participate in change management and application support activities including issue resolution, bug fixing, and enhancement delivery.
  • Maintain technical documentation including technical specifications, process documentation, configuration details, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and client teams to support successful project execution.
  • Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project delivery coordination.
  • Maintain awareness of Dynamics 365 CRM updates, Power Platform enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain adherence to development methodologies, security standards, and operational procedures.

Job-related Experience

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical development, customization, application support, or enterprise CRM environments is required.
  • Experience supporting CRM customization, plug-in development, workflow automation, integrations, SSRS reporting, and enterprise solution delivery is preferred.
