Role Description

We are looking for a Software Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in software development, application engineering, backend and frontend development, REST APIs, databases, cloud technologies, enterprise systems, automation, and modern software-engineering practices.

The Software Developer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software applications, backend services, web applications, APIs, databases, internal platforms, automation tools, dashboards, and enterprise systems.

Depending on project requirements, the role may involve Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, PHP, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, React, Angular, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, cloud platforms, Docker, automated testing, and CI/CD technologies.

Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in software development, software engineering, application development, backend development, frontend development, web development, API development, or related technology roles can apply.
  • Candidates currently working as Software Developer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, Application Engineer, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, Full Stack Developer, Web Developer, Associate Software Developer, Junior Software Developer, Graduate Software Engineer, Trainee Software Developer, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, startups, or other industries are welcome.
  • Basic to good knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, PHP, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, functions, classes, data structures, algorithms, exception handling, debugging, modular programming, and clean coding practices.
  • Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
  • Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar technologies will be advantageous.
  • Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, API design, API integration, authentication, authorization, and frontend-backend communication.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or SQLite will be beneficial.
  • Understanding of database tables, schemas, primary and foreign keys, joins, normalization, CRUD operations, transactions, indexing, queries, and basic query optimization will be advantageous.
  • Exposure to MongoDB, Redis, Firebase, or other NoSQL and caching technologies will be considered an additional advantage.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, repositories, commits, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
  • Exposure to JUnit, PyTest, Jest, Mockito, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, unit testing, API testing, integration testing, or automated testing will be advantageous.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable applications, or event-driven systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
  • Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, asynchronous processing, background workers, scheduled tasks, or message queues will be considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production-support concepts will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, authentication, authorization, API security, and basic application-security concepts will be beneficial.
  • Exposure to ORM technologies such as Hibernate, JPA, SQLAlchemy, Entity Framework, Sequelize, Prisma, or similar technologies will be advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of repositories, persistence layers, entity relationships, transaction management, database connectivity, and software data-access patterns will be beneficial.
  • Exposure to software performance concepts such as caching, database optimization, connection pooling, scalability, reliability, observability, and application monitoring will be advantageous.
  • Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, requirements gathering, user stories, technical documentation, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous.
  • Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to understand functional and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable, maintainable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
  • Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
  • Internship experience, academic projects, software projects, backend projects, frontend projects, API projects, database projects, GitHub repositories, hackathons, freelance assignments, startup projects, or open-source contributions will be considered positively but are not mandatory.
  • Candidates without previous full-time software-development experience can also apply.
  • Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, testing technologies, and modern software-development practices.
