We are looking for: Mendix, Python & AI Solutions Developer

You’ll Make An Impact By

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, user-focused business applications using Mendix.
• Build Python backend services, automation scripts, integrations, and REST APIs.
• Integrate Generative AI and AI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions with support from senior team members.
• Develop Mendix domain models, microflows, nanoflows, workflows, and integrations.
• Improve application quality, performance, and stability through testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and development standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Support deployments, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and technical documentation for applications, APIs, and integrations.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Bring 3–5 years of software engineering, application development, or automation experience.
• Apply 1–3 years of hands-on Mendix experience across web or mobile applications, lifecycle management, and version control.
• Develop Python services and REST APIs using integration services, with FastAPI or Flask preferred.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, and GitHub.
• Apply API authentication, authorization, API management, CI/CD fundamentals, and Agile delivery practices.
• Integrate Generative AI, LLMs, and AI services responsibly into business applications through APIs.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and English communication skills.
