Developer III - Software Engineering

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UiPath RPA Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in UiPath and enterprise integrations, along with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Automation Development

• Analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support UiPath automation solutions throughout the complete automation lifecycle.
• Develop workflows using UiPath Studio, including Sequences, Flowcharts, State Machines, and REFramework.
• Create technical solution designs based on Process Design Documents (PDDs).
• Build reusable and modular automation components following development standards and best practices.
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and optimized for performance.

Enterprise Integration & Orchestrator Management

• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator, including assets, queues, credentials, schedules, logging, monitoring, and exception handling.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and SQL databases.
• Support deployment and release activities across Development, UAT, Pilot, and Production environments.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and SLA requirements.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions and help define automation solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Support code reviews, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best practices across the automation team.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 4 years of IT experience, including 4+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale automation projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project environments.
• Ability to interact directly with clients and gather business requirements.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Technical Skills
