Here's what your day would look like...

• Driving Core Tech Innovation: Architecting, prototyping, and deploying cutting-edge solutions across Agentic AI Systems, AI-Native Engineering, and Cloud Services.
• High-Impact Research to Production: Taking raw ideas through Ideas Research Prototype Impact with complete architectural ownership.
• Direct CTO Pod Collaboration: Partnering closely with our CTO to evaluate breakthrough tech, design resilient systems, and solve complex production challenges.
• 100% Hands-on Craftsmanship: Writing clean, scalable, high-performance code and establishing best-in-class engineering benchmarks.

We are the perfect match if you...

• Have 6–8 years of core software engineering experience and remain completely hands-on with code and architecture.
• Are deeply curious about AI-native systems, LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, or cloud infrastructure.
• Possess strong first-principles thinking, excellent system design depth, and the ability to solve ambiguous technical problems.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, high-autonomy research-and-build pod within the CTO's office.
• Value fitness, discipline, high energy, and active collaboration in an in-office culture.

Must Have

• 6–8 years of experience in core software engineering, distributed systems, or backend architecture
• 100% hands-on coding capability with deep expertise in systems design
• Working knowledge or active project experience in Agentic AI Systems, AI-Native Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure
• Proven track record of taking complex software/AI prototypes into production

Good to Have

• Prior experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or deep-tech research environments
• Contributions to open-source software, AI research papers, or technical publications
• Active interest in fitness and a vibrant, high-energy working style
