Education:
Chartered Accountant (Qualified / Semi Qualified) / Bachelor's/Master’s in Commerce or MBA in Finance and Accounting
Certifications: Chartered Accountant (Qualified / Semi Qualified)
Must Have:
Proficiency in core accounting, accounting standards, IFRS, GAAP.
Core Tax accounting experience (Filing of returns, Direct & Indirect Tax)
Working experience in SAP, Oracle Accounting ERPs,
Work experience in Transfer Pricing & Tax tools

Job Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in business process transformation, consulting, shared services, or BPS operations, with a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end transformation programs involving process redesign, standardization, centralization, automation, analytics, and operating-model improvement.
- Strong expertise in transformation methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, design thinking, process mining, and continuous improvement.
- Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, benefit-realization plans, governance models, and executive-level presentations.
- Working knowledge of digital enablers including RPA, workflow tools, ERP platforms, AI, intelligent automation, reporting, and data visualization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, change leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the transformation strategy and multiyear roadmap aligned with client objectives, operational priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
- Assess current-state processes, identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and design scalable future-state processes and operating models.
- Lead initiatives covering standardization, simplification, automation, controls enhancement, analytics, and service-delivery optimization across functions and geographies.
- Build robust business cases, prioritize the transformation portfolio, define milestones, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and budget.
- Establish governance, KPIs, benefit-tracking mechanisms, and executive reporting to demonstrate productivity, quality, control, customer-experience, and financial improvements.
- Partner with operations, technology, finance, compliance, risk, and client stakeholders to drive decisions, resolve issues, and sustain transformation outcomes.
- Lead change management, communication, training, adoption, and knowledge-transfer activities to embed new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Mentor transformation teams, promote innovation and continuous improvement, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with proactive escalation and resolution management.
