Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Vision Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Computer Vision Engineer will design, develop, and optimize computer vision algorithms and systems for real-world applications. Daily responsibilities include building and training models for object detection, image segmentation, and pattern recognition, as well as evaluating model performance and tuning for accuracy and efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision solutions into software products, preparing technical documentation, and maintaining robust, scalable codebases. The engineer will also stay current with research in computer vision and related fields, proposing improvements and new approaches to strengthen product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition.
• Candidates should possess solid foundations in Computer Science and Data Science.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Robotics and its integration with vision systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++, and experience with libraries/frameworks like OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
• Understanding of machine learning and deep learning techniques, including CNNs and related architectures.
• Experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
